Plotkin Health is a leading expert in health and travel medical insurance industries. Plotkin liaises between insurance companies and health-care providers, negotiating fair settlements for all parties involved.
Gravit-e took Plotkin through a two-part modernization process. First, we helped them update their legacy database and claim-tracking system, which had become all-but-impossible to support. Then, we developed and rolled out a new custom software solution in multiple phases. The new system has automated numerous processes in whole or in part, integrates easily with Plotkin’s external systems, and now allows users to access files as needed, at the touch of a button.
